Help me .. my toddler dont want to wear cloth

I have 2.5 yrs old toddler who dont like to wear cloth or pant.. just diapers at home.. and so hard for me to dress her up even when we wana go out.. and also nowadays so hard to even get her to shower.. any advise or tricks to get her to shower and wear cloth??

i like shopping with my child, so she can chooses the clothes that she like. if the child is lazy to take a bath, you can take her to swim in the pump pool with a slide plus toys
