Abdominal pain

I had a miscarriage and d&c on nov 4 th .last month i took a pregnancy test and it came out positive .now i am 6week 6 days pregnant,and today morning i got positive result for my RTPCR.Now i am experiencing abdominal pain before going to the toilet.I am a bit nervous because,in my last miscarriage i had abdominal pain like these ......i dont know where to consult or what to do?
