Covid-19 vaccination after EP treatment

I just had a Methotrexate injection this afternoon to treat an ectopic pregnancy. Previously scheduled an appointment for my 1st Pfizer-BioNTech vaccination on 12 August (Thurs). Is it recommended that I postpone my appointment or can I just go ahead with it?
