Help me Please...

I got a positive PT last May 3 and went staright to the clinic to got a blood test for pregnancy and I got a confirmed pregnancy with 52mIu/ml. May 6 afternoon, after walking for like 10mins nag spotting po ako ng brown like discharge and sumasakit yung puson ko from time to time so I was advise po to get a check up asap. May 7, I got my Transvaginal Ultrasound but they still can't see anything raw inside me maybe it's too early pa raw. 5weeks and 5days ang count nila from the 1st day of my last period. Possible ba na implantation bleeding palang to?
