Am i pregnant?

I got my period on month of July then on the month of August I missed my period then on the month of September i got my period again but it lasted for two days only and lately i feel my back ache and get some pimples and itchy skin possibly am i pregnant?

The symptoms are not typical of pregnancy. Best see a doctor as it could be something else.
