You could be, since slight bleeding and tender, swollen breasts are indicative of pregnancy. There are also other signs of pregnancy such as nausea (with or without vomiting), food cravings/aversions, peeing more frequently, fatigue, constipation, mood swings, cramping, and even an increased basal temperature as you wake up in the morning. However, these symptoms are not symptoms alone of pregnancy - and may just indicate that you're about to get your period. Best way to find out? A pregnancy test. :)
