Pregnancy after miscarriage

I got miscarriage last June, what should I do now na pregnant na ako, I'm 5weeks pregnants. Should I check up or what? I hope may mag guide saakin huhu.

ako din last june2024, miscarriage and now 26 weeks na ko buntis.. niraspa din ako noon.. mabilis dw talga mabuntis pag naraspa..
