induced labour

i getting induced labour next week and i am so scare. I heard is long and painful process? Anyone going through the same thing?

For my #1 I was 2cm dilated on 36weeks and mucus plug already came off, induce to deliver took 23hours. My doc told me if I hit 24hours mark, she gonna csec me. 😢
