Being pregnant again 3 months after giving birth via Caesarian Section

I gave birth last Aug.23,2019 and in January 2020, I found out that im pregnant again. Last mens was Dec.15,209. So probably thats 3 or 4 months after giving birth.. Im quite worried since my ob gyn said that I must get pregnant after 2yrs. Anyone who has same experience? Thanks

Hi mommy any advice po? Same po tayo situation. Got pregnant po again aftr 3-4months ni baby ko. Now nasa 2nd tri na po ako. Any dos and donts momshie very praning lng these past few wks. Thank u
