Jaundice

Hi. I just gave birth to my baby, been a week already. Now im struggling with her jaundice. Any tips?

based on my experience... mom should stop any food based on black pepper, ginger & garlic.. ni advise from nurse.. all the above food memang elok utk mom yang berpantang.. tapi utk bby, xelok sebab panas...ada sekali tu, mak bidan urut i..terus kuning baby naik 171.. so i stop ambik those food & stop urut dengan pakai pilis.. utk bby, memang bagi susu ibu & kerapkan susu.. dari 171 terus turun kuning baby.. dlm 14 hari, kuning bby jadi 85 je.. . . for me, takpe la i berkorban sikit makan..janji baby ok..😊😊
