I found spots on my girl's hand and leg when I pick her up from childcare. The teacher not sure what is it. Is it an insect bite?

i personally will observe if my child is bothered by it, like scratches it or not. if my child isn't bothered by it i will consult doctor.
looks like mosquito bites but is it still there, getting bigger and itchy?
