Sterilisation of milk bottle

Hi I am a first time mom here. I am using a UV steriliser to dry & sterilise my milk bottle after washing it with baby bottle detergent, then after that I will store the cleaned bottle into a closed container. Do I still need to sterilise it before use? How long can I store it after sterilisation? Thank you.

as long as you keep the bottles closed/with the cap on, it should remain sterilized. I understand because I need to sterilize my pump parts as well so I have to remove bottles after I've sterilizer them. I think only the inside of the bottle and the teat itself needs to remain clean. :)

If u put in a sterilised closed container, you can use the empty bottles within 24hrs so dont need to sterilise again before use. For me I'll just leave the bottles in the uv steriliser till the next use which is usually in just 3-4hrs.

you only need to sterilise the bottles once ....once they are dried can keep them for 2 to 3 days in a clean container
