in my week 32

i feel very nauseous.. how to deal with this and is it normal or does it mean something?

It’s actually normal. Try taking smaller meals and have snacks in between. Avoid car/bus rides if possible.. the nausea gets worse. Also avoid sitting down, especially leaning forward, too much. The nausea is reduced when you’re not compressing your tummy too much. If nothing helps, then take anti-nausea meds to relieve your symptoms
