anyone feel night time more nauseous

I feel less appetite and more nauseous at night. Can't eat much. Feel whole mouth super sour also. Morning also feel the sour feeling but seem like night time is worst . Swallow my salvia feel terrible. I'm already end of 11weeks. Anyone feel the same? My appetite is better in morning. Very sad and demoralised. Mood very down at night too because of all the above. not sure if i am having depression.
