Do you stand or sit in the train? When standing, I find it helpful to face the direction the train is moving. Standing in opposite direction of the train’s direction will make the motion sickness worst. And it’s also helpful to look out the window whenever the train is above ground.

Hope you’ll be okay. When you stand up, make sure you try to stand slowly and not a sudden movement cause it will aggravate the dizziness. And try to walk slowly when you get out of the train. Take a lift. Dont risk taking the stairs before you recover from the dizziness too. Take care, mummy!

I keep a medicated inhaler in my bag at all times, bring it out to sniff whenever I feel nauseous 🤭
