Pain above c-sec scar

I just had C-section 3 weeks ago. The scar already healed long ago and doesn't feel any pain already. But the tummy area right above the scar is still tender and painful to touch. And it's still bulging out and feels like there are hard lumps under the skin. Any other c-sec mummies experienced the same? Is this normal?

I had csect 5 mths ago but felt no pain. There's excess flab above the scar also. Sometimes, I do feel like a tingle ard the csect area but not painful. For me the bulging area somehow still feel kinda numb though. Give it a few weeks more as it's normal tt the internal scar may not have healed fully yet , otherwise, go bck to your gynae. if it continues to cause pain.
