C-Section Binder

For mommies who underwent c-sect: How many days after c-sect did you wait to use abdominal binder? I'm currently on my 4th day and the pain has subsided but still unable to walk comfortably without holding on to my lower abdomen. Still feel the stretch on the site of the wound, especially when getting in and out of bed/car. So it ok for me to start wearing the binder? #firstbaby #1stimemom
