Hello mommies. Im 7 months preggy ta tyan ko lang lumalaki. Pero payat prin ako, at pumayat lalo tingnan compared nung di pa ako buntis pero ng gain naman ako ng weight kaso payat ko parin tingan sa mukha at kahit sa arms. Bat may ibang preggy na tumataba nung payat ? bat ako hindi? sino dito same ko?

Hello mommy! Doc Hazel here. Don’t worry too much po if you don’t gain a lot of weight during pregnancy dahil ang recommended weight gain lang po ng buntis is 1 lb./week and a total of 25-35 lbs. the whole pregnancy though it varies po depending on your pre-pregnancy BMI.
