Totoo ba na umiwas sa fish habang nagbubuntis? dahil daw sa mercury? nakakailang fish na kasi ako bago ko pa malaman yon :(

Hello mommy! Doc Hazel here. Eating fish po is okay during pregnancy. Around 2-3 servings of fish per week would be fine pero not all fish are safe to eat. Ang mga isda na dapat iwasan po during pregnancy dahil mataas sa mercury content ay swordfish, king mackerel, tilefish (matang dagat), tuna, marlin. Iwas din po tayo sa pagkain ng uncooked seafoods like sashimi.
