Baby carrier

I don’t own a car and taxis are expensive. Is baby carrier allowed in private hires like Grab, Gojek in Singapore?

Legally, not really. However some PHVs drivers do allow if baby is in carrier and also the distance. I’ve took a few PHV with baby in a carrier before (text them to ask if they are ok). I mostly taxis unless the price is too crazy then I’ll turn to PHV. So far no rejections.
