Not eating meat
I don’t feel like eating meat during this pregnancy. I cannot look at it or even smell it. Will it get better? I know it’s important to get b12 from meat. Help pleaseeee I’m worried will it affect my baby?
It may get better later in. For now, take other forms of protein (eggs, tofu, beans) and take multivitamins if you feel you’re not getting enough nutrients in your diet
