Fetal growth

I just done my getal growth in my 28 weeks 2 days. My boy is 1kg and my girl is 1.1kg. Is it normal in this stage? I really worried about it. What should i do to make them grow healthy or gain weight?

Usually it's still okay for twins to slightly weigh lighter than average. Just a bit of a difference is alright, otherwise I think your twins weigh fine. Add on more fresh milk to your diet :)

average weight around 1210 g . since you have twins. it is better check with your doctor

The gynae told me that the small one the baby boy is 1kg due to placenta. Thats why difficult to get enough nutrition. And he currently head down position. As for the baby girl, she on heavier side. She 1.2kg and in breech position. I really feel so lost and feel guilt for my baby boy. I don't want to lose him.
