I didnt have constipation. Also did not poop blood. Why do I still have piles? It hurts when I need to pee, poop and fart. Even when i sneeze or cough... I've seen a GP. any remedy beside piles ointment issued by GP?
Most of the time, piles shouldn’t hurt though. And even if it does, peeing shouldn’t be painful (different area). Sounds more like a cut/tear in that area. You can take panadol if the pain bothers you a lot. There are also painkiller gels you can apply to the area.
