am I pregnant?

I did get spotting twice but my Pt result is negative and my last period was on February and also I have PCOS how can this possible?

Try nyo po magpa-transv, ganyan din po ko i have a pcos and now i'm preggy. 3x po ko nag-pt and negative lahat then nagpa-consult po ko sa ob then pina-transv rin po ko and boom i have a pcos. Sobrang sakit po ng puson ko non not knowing na meron na pala kong pcos.
