I did ask tis question when my lo was abt 1 yrs old now she is 2yrs3mth going to playgroup already!!! So jst wanna ask wat time wil ur LO officially goes to ZzzzZzzzz abt wat time Is the light switch off time? N wat time is their wake up time? Pls share thoughts Thks
My boy goes to bed about 10pm and wakes up about 8am for school. If your girl needs to wake up early to go to school, I’d move bedtime earlier too. I’d say about 10-12 hours of sleep is needed
