Lump at the Armpit

I just delivered a baby 2 weeks ago and I have been doing breastfeeding. There is a lump at my armpit that cannot be cleared off. I have tried to massage it during breastfeeding / pumping and covered it with carbage but still not able to get rid of it. Anyone also experienced it before? Should I see doctor now? 😭
