28 wks pregnant, lump in left armpit

I am currently on my 28th weeks of pregnancy. I just found out that there's a lump at my left armpit. When I press it, it appears bigger underneath the skin approximately about 5 cm in length and it's round in shape. Does it have something to do with milk production or it's not normal?
