Hi,
in my experience with SQ and KLM, we don’t need obgyn letter for 2nd trimester flight. I just let my obgyn knows then she did prior and after flight scan to make sure the baby is ok.
Other than that I just let the airplane staff know that am pregnant. They will ask how many weeks and thats it. Later on tell the person in immigration check that we’re pregnant so they will let us not going into the scanner equipment. Enjoy!!
