i am having headache. any medications that are safe to take?

I am currently having a headache. I would like to know if there are meds that i can take during my 1st trimester of pregnancy?

Mamsh, water lang po ng water and lessen the exposure to radiation po ng mga cp or gadgets natin😊 Never ako pinayagan ng OB ko na uminom ng khit ano, kahit pa sa center di nirecommend na uminom ako. Just water and water only😊
