Slight blood strip on toilet paper after urinating

I am currently 32 weeks and whenever I urinate, there is a thin blood strip on toilet paper after wiping. I was on antibiotics pills for 5 days for infection last week and this happens after that. Anybody knows if this is uti or any cause of concern ?

I just checked it is only a thin strip of blood only not jelly like substance. Doesn’t look like mucus plug. My gynae appointment is 1 week later so I was wondering can I wait till then to check with gynae.
