KKH gynae

Hi, I am currently 15 weeks and am thinking of switching from private to KKH to see dr sim Wen Shan. Just wondering if can switch first trimester? And what are dr sim wen Shan charges like if I make a direct appointment without any subsidy? Also wondering if anyone has experience requesting Hospitalisation leave from her before EDD?
