I checked my toddlers ipad browsing history and saw 100 of pages of porn! The only person who has access to it is my maid - what should I do?

That's unacceptable! Sure, she can do whatever she wants during her free time but of course not with your toddler's iPad! I would most definitely speak to her about it. I just hope she's not watching it in front of your todd or when he's around even if he's playing independently. :/
