Progesterone dosage

May I check what's the dosage that is recommended? Is it twice a day of 10mg or thrice a day? Thank u

At first I got slight bleeding was prescribed 10mg progesterone 2 times a day. Then I had sex in and had heavy bleeding filled a pad in an hour rushed to o&g at kkh and got prescribed 10 mg 3 times a day for one week plus then go back to 10 mg two times a day then totally stopped taking at around 11 weeks.

Thanks for Sharing! Yes my doc also prescribe 3 times a day after telling her gt brown bleeding on pantiliner.. Just worried that it might be too high a dose!
