Stop breast milk supply

Hi can I check how to stop breasr milk supply? Most said use cabbage but does that mean, once I apply it, I don't pump out the milk and let it decrease on its own? But then it will engorged. Helpppp😢

It happens to me now 😅😆😂 i use cold frozen cabbage everyday and change it many times, hehe..i take panadol for pain on my breast..i massage and make release milk a bit until feel okay although it’s painful 😶 now just use cold cabbage..

I feel guilty for this decision but its the most practical since its only husb and i at home to take care of our baby. 😭
