Stop breast milk supply

Hi can I check how to stop breasr milk supply? Most said use cabbage but does that mean, once I apply it, I don't pump out the milk and let it decrease on its own? But then it will engorged. Helpppp😢

Don’t pump. If you feel engorged, hand express a little, never clear your boobs. Otherwise just request medicine from GP.
