Nothing wrong maturbating. And I feel there’s no need to educate her on anything as I believe they already know a lot (from the world we r living now). unless she’s got a boyfriend then u need to warn her about unprotected sex / unwanted pregnancy.

just talk privately with her about the topic . it's the best if parent introduce the topic earlier and tell her what's the concerns . nothing to be shy off .
