Baby

18 weeks preggy and can't sleep at night!

I cant seems to find a good position to sleep at night resulting in non-productive at work in the day time. Worst, my turning and tossing wakes my husband up every night too... Any recommendations to help in my situation. I'm a walking zombie now... 😭😭TIA. #1stimemom #advicepls

What I did was I took every Friday half day off to rest at home throughout my mid first trimester to second trimester. And thankfully my boss understands and he lets me take half day off for every Friday. You can try taking in the mid week (Wednesday) or Friday and see if it helps with your situation. 💪🏻💪🏻

Warm shower before bedtime. Drink warm/hot milo or milk. Listen to soft, calming music (there's a 'Media' on this App which you can listen to), prop pillows on your head, back and tummy.
