I bottle feed my 4 months old during the day and BF her during night. My milk supply has gone down...like alot. Can someone please suggest a quick remedy to increase milk supply? Can't have beer. So that option is out for me

the best way to increase your milk supply is by breastfeeding your baby. if you are already pumping out the milk, then maybe you are already using the same tactic. however, if your baby is on formula through the day, maybe you can pump and store it for day time feed? it will help to produce more milk.
