I am feeling sudden hardness of tummy muscles. Should I be worried?

It can be due to many reasons. The main thing to keep a lookout for is if the pain goes away, signs of labour or bleeding, uterine contraction cramps, diarrhoea and food poisoning. Overexercising of the core muscles could also be a reason. If you're unsure, see your gynae for further assessment.
