I am 2 months post delivery and still wearing my maternity clothes! Is this normal? How do I slim down? I heard breastfeeding helps but apparently it's not helping me much.

Breastfeeding burns 300 to 500 calories daily. However, if your intake of calories is much higher than your output of calories, then obviously you won't be able to lose weight. Try to add in some exercise and alter your diet.
