feeling not pregnant

i am always hungry and my tummy is gassy but why do i feel like i am not pregnant? i am on my 17th week

pwedeng symptoms mo na ang palaging gutom at gassy.. ganun din ako nung buntis ako.. you may feel na pregnant ka siguro pag lumaki na tummy mo at pag marinig mo na ang heartbeat at mafeel ang movements ni baby mo.. God bless your pregnancy.
