Acne prone skin

I am acne prone skin before ako magbuntis, with the used of retinoids naging okay naman. Now im pregnant since im not able to use that is there any acne treatment na safe gamitin for pregnant? Any suggestions?

Normal naman po magkaroon ng avne while pregnant. Kusa din po syang mawawala after giving birth. Pero ang skin care ko po even before na wala pa kong baby is witch hazel toner and aloe vera gel po, ver effective sya for me :)
