Vaginal Spotting

I am 7wks pregnant with 4 days consecutive minimal vaginal spotting, working as a Nurse in the hospital. Do I need to stop working at this stage? Thank you po.

Pacheck up kana po sa OB para maprescribed ka ng pampakapit tas total bedrest. Ganyan nagstart saken nung namiscarriage ako sa first baby namin. Stop working agad agad. Risky po ang pregnancy sa 1st trimester.
