Sweet taste in mouth

I am 7 weeks pregnant and i have sweet taste in mouth if i dont eat or drink. I worry it is diabetes. Anyone else have the same experience or know why it is so? I worry i might have GDM.

Best to consult with your Dr. I am can taste the "mental" content in water a lot these days, which is gross to drink tap water anymore. some house tap water is more rusty than the other.🤷‍♀️
