hello new mummy! take it slow, try to list out what you can accept into your mouth at this point of pregnancy, then just rotate eating these things daily... for me it was fruits, and a hot bowl of clear plain soup with rice. I didnt eat any meat, eggs, or veges at all during my first trimester because the thought or smell or sight of these made me puke... I couldn't even eat bread or biscuits... I drank a lot of sweet stuff like milo, 100plus, fruit juice mixed with water (so my water has some taste ๐ ). and I was eating mint candy every 30mins to help with the nausea taste in my mouth... no need to improve appetite too much at this point, just eat what you can. all the doctors I've seen told me they rather I eat a bit of what I can, than force myself to eat and vomit everything out. most importantly, hydrate yourself and take your prenatal vitamins / folic acid!! all the best mummy ๐
Try coconut water to boost your taste bud. I had this too for my first and third pregnancy & keep hydrated myself by drinking coconut water. Also a small bread with kaya would be fine to keep you energise. Take care!
thank you so much! kaya sounds yum๐
I drank quite abit of Milo (cold/ hot) depending on my craving that day .. if I start the first step right, I feel good the whole dayโฆ if I start the first step wrong, I will have nauseous the whole day ๐
Thatโs why must follow through cravings even through lunch and dinner! ๐ one meal wrong, all go wrong.. cravings will be gone, the ๐คข will come ๐๐๐
I tried lemon water warm or cold but warm better and it works for till now Iโm 14 weeks i donโt have much nausea just abit
will try this out! thank you so much๐
make sure perut sentiasa diisi makanan..sikit pun xpe
Try sipping on 100 plus to curb the nausea.
I second this! 100plus was the only thing I could drink every day, even water makes me nauseous... I mix in a bit of water so it's not completely just sugar ๐
