i was in a similar situation like you. i only drank milo and ribena cus those are the drinks i could drink without vomitting and i couldnt stand water when i loved plain water pre-pregnancy. i ate whatever i feel i could keep down and feel like eating, even if it was not the healthiest. take care of urself first, cus the baby is within you. so if u are happy and well-nourished, baby will be developing well too.
Initially i also tot i could just wrk n settle my food easily (apple or whatsoever). Didnt drink alot. In the end i had low fluid issue n thats when i start to drink alot. 😂
