question lang to CS mommies!

I am 4months pp. Bikini cut. sobrang gumaling yung sugat ko. Like my OB offered to inject steroids into it para di magkeloid. But 1 month pp, she said di na need since may tahi was barely there. As in, it healed super good to the point na you can’t even tell where it is. Pero I just noticed yung ngayon, like it’s so red, 4months pp. Any advice or what do you think is going on?
