Cold water after confinement

I am 32 days post csection, can i start drinking cold water ? As the weather is not helping i cant help to always crave for cold water.

I ate ice-cream and ate cereal with cold milk right after 28 days 🤣 the craving is too real I couldn’t resist hehe
