Breathless @ 29 weeks
I am 29 weeks pregnant & i feel super breathless most of the time now. With mask on when im outside, its even worst. Is there any kind of exercise that would help?

Do swimming and walking without mask, so you can breathe better. It should help increase the volume of your lung capacity to intake oxygen. But generally breathless issue is common for 3 rd trimester so hang in there.
