Tummy Tightness

I am 23 weeks and it’s happening similarly for me as well. When you mention about tightening tummy, most people would think about contractions, but contractions only happen when you feel tight then relieve after 30-60 seconds. I went to hospital few weeks earlier because of this. But for me it’s about the gas being trapped in my stomach or constipation. As soon as I get sooth that, it’s fine. But my colleagues told me it’s normal to have a hard tummy from 06-07 months, especially for your first baby. But if you have Braxton Hicks, it’s recommended to see doctor if it happens more than 4 times within an hour.
